Before you print: check the spelling of your name, your registration number, course, faculty and every date on the document. Mistakes on an affidavit or letter you have already signed or sworn to are difficult and costly to correct.
How this works: click "Download document to print" — it saves the finished letter as its own file. Open that downloaded file in your browser and it will pop up the print dialog automatically (or press Ctrl+P / Cmd+P). From there, choose Save as PDF as the destination if you want a PDF instead of paper, and turn on "Background graphics" for the cleanest layout. Your details stay in this browser only — nothing is uploaded anywhere.
